I can highly recommend Kim's classes. I have health issues which makes most sort of exercise difficult for me. However, I have now gained much more movement and can participate reasonably well. I also enjoy it.

​Kim caters for individual needs within a class environment without it being detrimental to the rest of the participants. Her classes are also fun!​

I have been doing Pilates with Kim for a long time. She's been absolutely brilliant- especially since I have some health / disability which she has helped me overcome. Thanks Kim, looking forward to the new term 😁

Kim's Pilates classes are just the best. She explains everything thoroughly and is extremely kind and patient. I used to suffer a lot with neck and back pain but have no problems since going to her classes.

I have been going to Kims Pilates classes since September 2022. I love it. Kim is an excellent teacher. She's respectful and kind.

She knows exactly what she's getting across but is not superior in her manner. I found the classes very helpful in keeping my old muscles supple and flexible. Kim includes social event twice a year which helps the class to bond. I attend a class for those who have done Pilates classes before. Kim runs several classes for different levels.

I have been attending Pilates classes with Kim for several years now. I am impressed by her careful understanding of everyone's individual needs and abilities, and how she always encourages her clients to push themselves a little harder but only within their abilities.

I also like the way she recognises that some days, bits of our bodies don't work well, and she is always careful to give alternative exercises for everyone to manage. When I had a replacement hip Kim was very knowledgeable about which exercises were good for me and which I should avoid, and I was grateful for her encouragement. I always feel thoroughly worked out after a session with Kim, and I trust her experience and knowledge to ensure that all exercises are challenging and safe. She always demonstrates the exercises so we know exactly what we are aiming for. They're really recommended!

Hi Kim
I have found your Pilates classes over the years to be great because they are small and are especially good for me being over 60 with keeping my mobility and core on an even keel.
Kim you are very attentive with each class member, and knowing where our weaknesses are and any injuries and making certain we are safely doing the exercises.
You change the class exercises each week which I particularly enjoy.
