15-minute Arm workout

Today's workout is designed to tone your arms.


The only equipment you need is a fitness band.


If you have a shorter band, or prefer to sit, this workout can be done seated - check your posture and sit towards the front of a stable, armless chair.


I have put a link to the band I am using below the video - this is marked light - if you prefer a harder workout the medium is the green band in this brand.
